As part of works management Marpillero&Associati carry out a series
of ongoing checks, with a programmed schedule of visits on site.
During this phase the consultants, assigned direction of the works
of the job order, work in close contact both with the design team
and with the contractor company. Works management deals with
the technical problems which arise during the work with instructions
to the contractor company on the methods to be adopted to produce
the planned design. Standard procedure involves
the drawing-up of a site logbook in which the site
inspection reports are regularly entered
and the problems found and decisions
taken described.
The site logbook also includes
extensive photographic records
used to document all the steps
of the construction progress.
